** The conference registration fee is paid through the conference system. The conference committees & staff team will NOT ask for your credit card information for booking rooms or air tickets. Please take care to protect your financial and private information.

Guidelines to select the registration fee

• If you want to publish your full paper and make presentation during the conference, you should register as (Full Paper Registration).
• If you are Oral Presenter or as a Poster presenter only, you should register as Abstract Presenter.
• If you are a delegate, you should register as delegates.

Group, Co-authors and Discount
You are eligible for discounted rate on the registration fee if you are a group of 5 persons and/or more or a co-author of a paper presentation. If your group comprises of more than 10 people, please contact conference secretary for higher percentage on the discount rate.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Registrations cancelled more than 90 days before the event will be refunded 70% of the registration fees.
在会议前90天以上取消注册，将退还70％的注册费。
Registrations cancelled less than 90 but more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
在会议前不到90天但超过60天取消注册，将退还注册费的50％。
Registrations cancelled less than 60 but more than 30 days before the event will be refunded 30% of the registration fees.
在会议前不到60天但超过30天取消注册，将退还注册费的30％。
Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
在会议前不到30天取消注册的不予退款。

Personal Reason
The AAME cannot refund or pay any compensation due to "personal reasons", including but not limited to travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, and financial default.

Force Majeure
The AAME cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”.
Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.
