ICAAM
Stakeholder Taskforce
We have recently developed a new initiative to address conditions that disproportionately affect African-American males in our community, appropriately named the ICAAM Stakeholder Taskforce Initiative.

This Initiative is a systematic process involving large social service organizations, affinity groups, and the community at-large to address and make recommendations to resolve social and economic issues affecting African-American males, which we identified through our 5-year strategic plan. These collaborative taskforces will systematically research, prioritize, develop recommendations for implementation, and document their process in the areas of employment, family, education, criminal justice, and health.

We believe the Key Stakeholder Taskforce Initiative is an effective way to bring together additional resources necessary to effectively address issues facing African-American males and are looking forward to working with all those who are interested in participating.
